(Summary description)The editor divides the working process of the screw air compressor into six steps as shown in the figure below, mainly for everyone to have a better understanding of the working principle of the screw air compressor: Working flow diagram of screw air compressor   In the first step, the air compressor inhales the surrounding air through the air filter and makes it enter the compressor host. In the second step, the yin and yang rotors change the volume in the speaker by moving together. At the same time, oil is sprayed continuously in the cavity to lubricate and cool the screw. In the third step, the oil and gas mixture after the temperature rise and pressure increase enters the oil and gas separator tank through the exhaust one-way valve. In the fourth step, most of the oil in the main engine cavity is separated from the compressed air in the oil and gas separator, and then returned to the engine for recycling after cooling. The fifth step, once the air in the oil and gas separator reaches the required minimum pressure, the minimum pressure valve is opened; the high-temperature compressed air enters the aftercooler. In the sixth step, the temperature of the compressed air is cooled down in the aftercooler to get the compressed air you need.
